Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management known as VJIM is a business school located in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. It is an autonomous institution approved by the AICTE, for the award of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).[1] The Institute is consistently ranked among the top 50 B-Schools by various rating agencies. The institute has had a very good placement record in Hyderabad.

VJIM was founded in 1993 at Marredpally, to provide management education, on par with global institutions, to local youth and groom professional managers. It was the first institute to offer dual specialisation with good facilities for its students.
The two-year PGDM programme which aims to equip students with sound knowledge of all core business skills and the ability to manage. Students are exposed to appreciating the pace and direction of changes in international business education.
The course structure is constantly revised in line with the changing needs of the business. Students work on case studies, present their findings, and work on group assignments. [2]
VJIM used to select its students based on the entrance exam, group discussion and personal interview. But now they have taken MAT scores instead of their entrance test.
The infrastructure at new Campus near Bachupally, opened in June 2008, has state-of-the-art facilities - all lecture halls have AV equipment and network connectivity, library, computer lab with applications like SPSS for statistics, TORA for Operations Research, Integrated Accounting Package (TALLY), Business Planner and Microsoft Project, an auditorium for seminars and other talks, and spacious campus divided into blocks. The entire campus has Wi-Fi connectivity.
The faculty at VJIM, most of them Ph.Ds from respected universities and colleges around the world. They are in demand in corporate India for their consulting.
Seminars and conferences are conducted regularly at the auditorium on the campus. It helps in building student-industry interaction and collaboration.
